On October 17th, the third day of Navratri, devotees will experience the divine energy of Maa Chandraghanta. The Brahma Muhurat begins at 4:42 AM and concludes at 5:33 AM. The Abhijit Muhurat is from 11:43 PM to 12:29 PM, with the Amrit Kal lasting from 11:23 AM to 1:02 PM.

The color for this day is red, symbolizing strength and passion. Devotees should wake early, don new clothes, and place the idol of the Goddess on a chowki or their puja sthaan. The sacred bathing ritual involves using Kesar, Ganga Jal, and Kewra. Maa Chandraghanta is then adorned in gold-colored garments, offered yellow flowers, Jasmine, panchamrit, and mishri. A special bhog of kheer is prepared and presented as an offering during the puja.
