The Salman Khan-led action-packed spy thriller, “Tiger 3”, encountered a minor setback in its box office trajectory on November 19, coinciding with the much-anticipated World Cup final between India and Australia in Ahmedabad. The film, which had been riding high on commercial success, witnessed its earnings drop to approximately ₹10.25 crore net, according to Sacnilk.com, a notable dip from its previous day’s collection of ₹18.5 crore net in India.
“Tiger 3” was released into cinemas on November 12, marking a record-breaking opening with ₹44.5 crore net across India in all languages. The film’s highest single-day collection was registered on its first Monday, amassing an impressive ₹59.25 crore net. However, the film saw fluctuating figures throughout the week, with collections of ₹44.3 crore on day 3, followed by ₹21.1 crore and ₹18.5 crore on subsequent days, eventually leading to the latest figure of ₹10.25 crore net.
Globally, “Tiger 3” has surpassed the ₹357 crore mark, showcasing its massive appeal and success in its first week in theaters.
